Some Issues Detracted From the Stay
poor soundproofing basic breakfast
The noise insulation was NOT good. I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. This included conversations and tv sounds, really annoying late at night (i was very tired). the breakfast buffet seemed pretty basic. It felt more like eating in a cafeteria than a nice restaurant.

amazing staff secure parking really good breakfast hard bed overpowering product okay reception
the staff was amazing. the restaurant downstairs, yu, was an absolute delight, the food was great, and the service matched. i had a large suv, secure private parking really helped. breakfast was fantastic and the coffee hit the spot!
the welcome at reception was just okay. the cleaning products were overpowering i developed a cough. the bed felt too hard for me. i really wanted to love this place, but it didn't quite live up to what i had hoped.

spacious room friendly staff
my room was spacious with a living room, dining table, and a full kitchen. the staff were helpful and friendly. breakfast had excellent offerings. the location allowed me to explore the cbd and the v&a on foot.
i found limited charging points in the room.
